We offer two (2) main types of shipping upon checkout:
Express expedited shipping (vis DHL)
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER ORDER DATE?
We are a trusted global distributor and our shipping time typically takes 2-4 weeks and depends on how fast customs in your country processes the package. Do allow up to 5-6 weeks for deliver for circumstances beyond our control, such as custom holds, natural disasters, country regulations inventory issues, etc.
The duration depends upon the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination country.
Delays may occur due to holidays and/or any unforeseen events, such as earthquakes, typhoons and floods.
Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipping.
No matter what happens, rest assured that you will always receive your item within the 6 week period, regardless of events.
IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS WILL IT BE SENT SEPARATELY OR TOGETHER?
Depending on the item ordered and where the item is currently being manufactured and stored, different items may be shipped from different locations.
We do this to ensure faster and more efficient deliver times for you.
Please do not panic if for example, you order 3 items and only 2 initially arrive, for the other 1 item is on the way.

WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?
As a global provider, we ship items from all around the world, but our main warehouses are in South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Chia and Philippines). Because our items are stored in several warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to one of our shipping departments, which takes 2-3 days to process. After which the shipping departments will send the tracking codes to the data entry to update the tracking codes and send a shipping confirmation email to the customer. Hence, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, you have a 24 hour grace period from placing your order, to contact our Customer Service department.
Please ensure all information is correct prior to submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.
NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost and/or undelivered parcels if you moved out of the address you provided us.
To all UAE customers, please provide us your PO Box number and/or your Zip Code when checking out, to avoid delays on the processing and shipping of your orders. Customs, Postal Services and Our Company (Dare Devil Deals) are separate entities, hence we are not liable for any delays caused by customs or local postal services.
HOW LONG DO I WAIT BEFORE MY ORDER IS SENT OUT?
Our handling time takes 3-5 business days. This means that your order will be sent out within this time.

I TRACKED DOWN MY ORDER AND THE STATUS SAYS RETURN TO SENDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the event that the parcels were returned to use, please contact us immediately, so we can arrange to send you a replacement. For UAE/ HK customers, please be sure to provide your PO Box or Zip Code (whichever is available), so your local post office can deliver your order(s) to your mail box or door step.
THE TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER.
Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is the customers responsibility to track down their order, not our company. Kindly contact your local post office, if the parcel arrived at your destination country. Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
